Our community is a tribe of holistic wellness enthusiasts and we believe that health is a state of body and that wellness is a state of being.
Humans are spiritual beings in physical bodies. And just as we must remain connected to our spiritual beings, we must take good care of the bodies we live in.
Wellness is our birthright.
We must remember this and live by this.
Each of us are powerful beings. We have the capacity to do, be and create anything that we want.
We all have gifts and passions
that must be shared with the world.
Our community members experience increased joy, energy, vitality and creativity, improved life balance, more career satisfaction, better relationships and overall happiness.
When you leave this physical body, what will you leave behind? What will your legacy be? Are you brave enough to joyfully live your life on purpose, in a healthy body, enriching the world with your gifts and talents?
Journey with us. Your life will never be the same.
"My top goals upon joining the community were pretty simple, GET BACK IN SHAPE (after having 3 kids) and have fun doing it. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been a change in the way I view health and wellness as not only a way to 'get in shape', but rather a lifestyle of various choices and decisions that all come together and affect ones well being. The community has provided me with a great sounding board for all my health and wellness needs - the biggest change I have noticed is that it's so much easier to reach your goals when you have other friends and community members there to support you along the way."
"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mishra for the past 4 months or so, and I can honestly say that it’s changed my life. I began with the Arbonne Cleanse program, and immediately began to notice weight loss and started feeling so much better. Soon after, I started taking Pound classes with Mishra, which got me active and moving. Pound is fun, challenging, and energizing. Once after an especially great class, I felt so energized, that I went directly to the gym for a full workout, and even added another exercise class! I’m a bit “rhythmically challenged,” but Mishra always says, “just keep swimming!” It feels great to see results from both the Arbonne program and the Pound classes. This past month or so, I’ve also added MELT classes with Mishra also. These unique and dynamic stretches are gentle and effective. They are helping me to release years of stuck stress. As a teacher, Mishra is engaging and dedicated. She is always happy to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with people. Her patient and calm demeanor has helped me to keep at it and not give up. Now, I am active, I feel great, and I’m steadily working on improving my life in many areas, thanks to the guidance and help of Mishra. I highly recommend her classes (Pound and MELT). I also strongly recommend contacting her about the Arbonne Cleanse program."
"I posted a few weeks ago about struggling with restless legs during pregnancy. My friend and health coach Mishra Keller came and gave me a MELT method lesson and the results were nothing short of fabulous...Mishra also reminded me about the importance hydration and so I’ve been drinking an electrolyte drink shortly before bed, using Melt techniques, and the magnesium gel on my legs and things have VASTLY improved."
"Know that you are making a difference in people's lives by bringing them knowledge and hope! The more I learn about rehydrating my connective tissue, the better equipped I'll be to recover faster from my workouts and experience less pain and inflammation. That's a game changer for me and will improve my quality of life. If I felt that good from 1 session, just imagine the results from a daily practice!! Woo hoo!"
